【受講規約】

第1条（本規約の適用）

本規約は、千樹合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するオンライン中国語レッスンおよび日本・タイ留学相談サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関し、当社と利用者（以下「受講者」）との間に適用されます。

第2条（申込・契約の成立）

  1. 受講者は、当社ウェブサイト上の申込フォームまたは指定の方法により本サービスを申込み、当社が受領・承諾した時点で契約が成立します。

  2. 支払完了をもって予約確定とします。

第3条（サービス内容）

  1. オンライン中国語レッスンは、当社が指定するオンライン会議システム（Zoom、Tencent Meeting等）を使用して提供します。

  2. 日本・タイ留学相談サービスは、留学希望者及びその保護者を対象とし、学校選び、出願・ビザ手続、生活情報等に関するオンライン相談を提供します。

第4条（受講環境）

受講者は、安定したインターネット回線・端末（PCまたはタブレット）・マイク・カメラを準備し、自己責任において通信環境を整備するものとします。

第5条（禁止事項）

受講者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 授業・相談内容の録画・録音・転載・再配布

  • 他の受講者や講師への迷惑行為

  • 不正アクセスや虚偽情報の提供

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

第6条（知的財産権）

当社が提供する教材、資料、映像等の著作権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断転載・転用を禁止します。

第7条（キャンセル・返金）

  1. オンライン中国語レッスンのキャンセルは、受講開始前日の23:59までに連絡があった場合、全額返金いたします。

  2. 受講開始後のキャンセルは、未実施回数分を日割り計算の上、返金ポリシーに従い対応します。

  3. 日本・タイ留学相談サービスのキャンセルは、予約日時の前日23:59までに連絡があった場合に限り全額返金いたします。当日キャンセルおよび無断キャンセルは返金いたしかねます。

  4. 当社都合またはシステム障害による提供不能の場合は、振替・再実施または返金にて誠実に対応いたします。

第8条（免責事項）

  1. 通信トラブル、機器故障、天災等による中断について当社は責任を負いません。

  2. 留学相談サービスにおいて提供される情報は一般的な参考情報であり、合否・査証取得・進学結果を保証するものではありません。

第9条（個人情報の取扱い）

受講者の個人情報は、当社プライバシーポリシーに基づき、適切に取り扱います。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

【Enrollment Terms】

Article 1 (Application of Terms)

These Terms apply to all users (“Students”) of the online Chinese lessons and Japan/Thailand study abroad consultation services (“the Services”) provided by Senju LLC (“the Company”).

Article 2 (Application and Contract)

  1. Applications are made through the Company’s website or designated forms. The contract is concluded upon Company approval.

  2. Booking is confirmed upon completion of payment.

Article 3 (Service Content)

  1. Online Chinese lessons are conducted via online meeting tools such as Zoom or Tencent Meeting.

  2. Study abroad consultations are provided online for students and parents, covering school selection, applications, visa procedures, and daily life guidance.

Article 4 (Learning Environment)

Students are responsible for securing a stable internet connection, suitable devices (PC or tablet), and working audio/video equipment.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Students shall not:

  • Record, distribute, or share lessons or consultations without permission

  • Harass other participants or instructors

  • Provide false information or commit unauthorized access

  • Engage in acts violating laws or public order

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

All materials, documents, and videos provided are owned by the Company or respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 7 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

  1. For online Chinese lessons, full refunds are available for cancellations made before 23:59 on the day prior to the start.

  2. After commencement, unused portions are refunded on a prorated basis according to the refund policy.

  3. For study abroad consultations, full refunds are available if canceled before 23:59 on the day prior to the appointment. Same-day or no-show cancellations are non-refundable.

  4. If the Company cannot provide services due to system or operational reasons, rescheduling or refund will be offered.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by communication failures, device issues, or natural disasters.

  2. Information provided in study abroad consultations is general guidance and does not guarantee admission or visa approval.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Kyoto District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

【受讲规约】

本条款适用于千树合同会社（以下简称“本公司”）所提供的线上中文课程及日本・泰国留学咨询服务（以下统称“本服务”）的使用。

第2条（申请与契约成立）

  1. 用户可通过本公司网站或指定方式提交申请，经本公司确认受理后，合同即成立。

  2. 支付完成即视为预约确定。

第3条（服务内容）

  1. 中文课程通过 Zoom、腾讯会议等线上平台提供。

  2. 留学咨询服务面向有赴日本或泰国留学计划的学生及家长，内容包括学校选择、申请流程、签证及生活建议等。

第4条（受讲环境）

学员应自行准备稳定网络、电脑或平板设备，以及可用的麦克风与摄像头，并自行负责相关通信环境。

第5条（禁止事项）

学员不得进行以下行为：

  • 未经许可录音、录影、转载、传播课程或咨询内容

  • 对讲师或他人造成骚扰或妨碍

  • 提供虚假信息或进行非法访问

  • 违反法律或公共秩序的行为

第6条（知识产权）

课程资料、教材及相关影像的著作权归本公司或合法权利人所有，禁止未经许可转载、复制或分享。

第7条（取消与退款）

  1. 课程开始前一日23:59前取消，可全额退款（可能扣除手续费）。

  2. 开课后取消，将按未上课节数比例退还。

  3. 留学咨询服务预约前一日23:59前取消，可全额退款；当日或未通知缺席不予退款。

  4. 因系统或本公司原因未能提供服务，将以改期或退款方式处理。

第8条（免责声明）

  1. 因通信、设备故障或天灾造成的中断，本公司不承担责任。

  2. 留学咨询服务所提供信息仅为一般性参考，不保证录取或签证结果。

第9条（个人信息）

学员个人信息将依据本公司《隐私政策》妥善管理。

第10条（准据法与管辖法院）

本条款依日本法律解释，发生争议时，以京都地方法院为第一审专属合意管辖法院。
